The friendly staff went above and beyond, offering assistance when a friend's injury flared up and even providing a refund option for early departure. The convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby dining options, such as the delightful Soundwaves Restaurant just a stone's throw away. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to guest comfort, evident in the well-maintained air conditioning system that provided a welcome respite from the tropical heat. The Trawangan Dive Resort's dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly set it apart as a top-notch accommodation choice on Gili Trawangan.
